Everyone, I have a new dog! (thank you Ashley and Katie.) She looks like a coonhound, lab, rottweiler, pinscher, and a few other breeds I have trouble spelling. There was some conflict over her name. At first she was called Latte, but I had trouble remembering that. She then was called Lucy-lui-latte Underfoot Coats Yellow. I have always enjoyed a good acronym, so by the authority invested in me...She shall be called L.U.C.Y.

I was asking "Jeeves" why men were so stupid and one of the responces was this webpage. I found it kind of interesting so I checked it out. It is really awesome that you guys were able to make it through high school as friends. Alot of the people at my high school are friends one day and horrible rivals the next. My best friend, Ashley, and I are the only two that I know that have actually stayed friends since we met. Friends ae hard to come by and I think it's great that you guys have each other. I also think it's really neat that you guys put together a webpage about it. NICE!!!!!!!!!

I'm seriously beginning to question the ability for human beings to perceive or reason the more I read guestbook entries like the one below. How many pictures on the site do we have of us wrestling? Maybe one? And Adam is wrestling Ashley, not one of the guys. There's that other one from Mr. Gatti's, but we're hardly wrestling in that picture.

Lord knows, with most of the guys, wasting time is the thing we do best. Like Tom once said, "We wouldn't be such procrastinators if we weren't so darn good at it."
Just to let you kids know, I am working on a honest-to-goodness redesign of the site. There has been some materialization of it . . . it'll look same, but different. I've got big plans, and with any luck, I'll have lots of free time to work on it this summer. I also have TONS of pictures that date back as far as . . . forever, really . . . that I have yet to put up. It'll be good! I promise! Just bear with me. :)

But I think this guy actually has a point...the problem is, in making it he has COMPLETELY misunderstood us.
You see, we do indeed waste a lot of time. But that's exactly what we're TRYING to do. The Brotherhood loves wasting our time TOGETHER! And this page documents many things we have done to waste time.
We've also done several things that weren't such wastes of time, but the current page retains few to no records of such things. Oh well. Those aren't exactly "splatty" things, in any case...I think splattiness is by definition manifest in doing completely random, stupid, waste-of-time things.
So what I'm saying is, the guy has a point. But it just so happens to be the same as OUR point. OF COURSE we waste our time...but in wasting it with our friends, it is a MEANINGFUL waste of time.
But as to his statements regarding the quality of our webpage...he's probably jealous.

Hey "u guys suck", what do you do with your time that is so important and useful? Search the internet for pages that you think suck? You're entitled to your opinion, but so am I and in my opinion telling people that they suck is a waste of time. Hello kids,
Fortunately for me (and you!), our good friend Tom works here at the very same library as I do, and when I was looking over the history on IE, lo and behold -- there was "www.splatton.com." What luck! Anyways, I hadn't been here in a couple months, and I'm glad I stopped by. It's like visiting an old friend. :-)
